Zinnias are a must for anyone wanting glorious, long-lasting colors throughout the garden, as well as for cut flower arrangements. The more you cut, the more they bloom! Since 1926, California Giants has delivered large blossoms on heat-loving, tall plants; stunning planted in a mass. Each individual flower lasts a very long time on the plant and in the vase. The edible, colorful flowers can make a pretty garnish to salads, desserts, cold drinks, or serving trays. Attracts pollinators. Deer resistant.
When to sow outside: RECOMMENDED. 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date.
When to start inside: 4 to 6 weeks
before your average last frost date. Transplant outdoors after last frost. Zinnias do not benefit from being planted early; wait for warmer weather.
