Products & Services

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do offer local delivery. Please speak with a cashier to discuss delivery rates and available dates for delivery.

Can I place a special order for items not currently in stock?

Unfortunately, we are not able to sell or place holds on any items that are out of stock. We cannot guarantee that orders we place with our suppliers will be fulfilled and we don't want to make any promises that we cannot keep.

If a plant is listed as out of stock and you want to know if we will be getting more of it in the future, please call us at (586)-247-5533.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We are unable to offer bulk discounts on product at this time.

We do offer a discount to certified landscapers. Please speak to an associate to learn more and to set up an account.

Do you offer landscaping or garden design services?

While we do not offer any formal landscaping services, our staff is happy to provide recommendations for annual and perennial flowers that would be a good fit for your yard. Find an associate in-store and we'd be happy to help!

Do you host events or workshops?

We offer family-friendly events throughout the year and hope to offer workshops and seminars in the near future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, gift cards, cash, and checks.

Can I return or exchange items?

Curbside Pickup

How does curbside pickup work?

  1. Shop online
  2. Select a date and time for pickup
  3. Our staff assembles your order
  4. When the time comes, head on over and look for our designated pickup spot
  5. Give us a call to let us know you've arrived
  6. We bring out your order and load it into your car

Is everything you have available to shop online?

No. We offer most, but not all, of our plants online for curbside pickup.

Can I pick up my order early?

Orders take a bit of time to process, so we usually need at least a day or two to get everything ready. If you really need to get your order early, give us a call at (586) 247-5533 Ext. 116.

Can I make changes to my order?

It depends! Give us a call at (586) 247-5533 Ext. 116 and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
