SOWING…for baby greens; scatter seed thinly outside as soon as the soil can be worked in early spring pressing the seed firmly into the soil. For mature leafy heads, mix seed with dry sand or fine soil and sow in rows 12” apart, trying to space the seed 1-2” apart. Keep evenly moist until seedlings emerge.

THINNING…No need to thin for baby greens, cut and use when they are 6-8” tall. For mature heads; thin to 10” apart and eat your thinnings!

GERMINATION…10-15 days, depending on soil temperature and moisture.
