Group Leader Job Purpose:
Guide groups of children on a tour of our facilities, explain how our planting machines work, how we grow plants, and the life cycle of plants.
Group Leader Job Duties:
- Lead a guided tour for groups of children from preschool through 6th grade.
- Explain how we plant and grow our flowers and plants.
- Assist in morning set up before the groups arrive.
- Assist in clean up after the groups leave.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Helps maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to manage large groups of children, ability to entertain and energize various ages, ability to multitask, good professional demeanor, good listening ability, and able to resolve conflict.
A positive, upbeat attitude is a must!
Pay and Benefits
• Base Pay Starts at $12.00 per hour
• Store Discount Starts at 20% and can go up based on years of service.
